The loader after 3000 hours of operation, cab dithering sometimes occur, and the jitter phenomenon becomes more and more serious, and the cab and the whole machine also produces jitter. The jitter phenomenon causes the machine material to be inaccurately weighed and cannot be used normally. The following is for the purpose of analyzing the cause of the loader jitter.
1. The hydraulic system of the loader adopts the steering priority mode, and the pressure oil outputted by the steering pump and the pressure oil outputted by the working pump are combined to supply oil to the working device. The working pump only bears the load when the working device is in operation, and the steering pump not only bears the load when the working device is in operation, but also bears the load during the steering, so the steering pump has a relatively long working time and a large wear.
2. Under the joint action of the priority valve body, the valve core, the pressure regulating spring and the pressure oil, the EF port is opened and closed according to a certain frequency, and a certain frequency of vibration occurs. Since the vibration is close to the natural vibration frequency of the instrument panel and the cab, the instrument panel and the cab resonate.
